Jabugo ham is Iberian ham made with pure Iberian pigs or with 75% or more breed in Huelva. The zones where the Iberian pigs are reared are located in Huelva, area where the animals are freely reared and fed with acorns and natural grass. The best places to rear these animals are: Badajoz, Cáceres, Sevilla, Córdoba, Cádiz, Málaga and of course Huelva.

To ensure that you have bought an Iberian ham or an Iberian shoulder with a real Jabugo ham certificate of origin, make sure that it has its corresponding identification. This identification will demonstrate you that the product complies with the quality requirements.
