Arturo Sánchez

Arturo Sánchez has been working for more than three generations, dedicating himself entirely to the production of Iberian pork products. The modern facilities in Guijuelo, together with the latest technical innovations and the tradition received generation after generation, allow Arturo Sánchez to produce handmade Iberian products, respecting the strictest quality controls.

Protected by the Guijuelo appellation of origin for the production of their Iberian shoulders and hams, they only make use of pure Iberian pigs reared with at least two years of freedom in the best dehesas and fed on the products generated there, that is, mainly grass and acorn.
Acogidos a la denominación de origen Guijuelo para la producción de sus paletas y jamones ibéricos, únicamente hacen uso del cerdo ibérico puro criado con al menos dos años en libertad en las mejores dehesas y alimentados a base de los productos allí generados, es decir, principalmente hierba y bellota.
