Joselito hamis located in Guijuelo and it is declared as the best ham in the world. Joselito has 100% pure Iberian pigs reared freely in lands and fed with acorns and natural herbs. This is what the company calls “happy pig”, which is a rearing method where the pigs walk freely through the lands so they can develop muscles and a perfect fat filtration.

The Iberian pigs Joselito have big and stylized back legs, high ribs and fine muzzle. Due to the pigs genetic and the feeding, Joselito products have a big amount of oleic acid. Among Joselito products, you can find Iberian ham, Iberian shoulder, Iberian loin, Iberian saucisson and Iberian chorizo.
