Txakoli Txomin Etxaniz is a white wine registered under the certificate of origin of Getariako Txakolina and is made with grapes of Hondarrabi Zuri (90%) and Hondarrabi Beltza (10%). Those native varieties give special characteristics to “Txakoli de Getaria”. The harvest is hand made during the end of September and the beginning of October. The Txakoli has a short ageing in wine lees. When tasting, it is a fruity white wine, very fresh and slightly acid. It is a white wine of low alcohol content that you will taste with fish dishes and shellfish, as well as with Cantabrian Anchovies.
