Cava

Cava certificate of origin is possible to find in many places around Spain, although is in Catalonia, and more precisely in San Sadurní de Noya, where takes greater relevance. Cava is a sparkling wine elaborated with Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes, though we may find rose cava productions made with chardonnay, pinot noir, garnacha, monastrell and trepat grape varieties.
