Whole duck foie gras Rougie is elaborated in an artisan way at the town of Sarlat La Caneda in France. Rougie foie gras is produced with duck foie gras raised in France. At the reception of the duck liver, this is deveined and seasoned. Whole is introduced by hand in the jar. After is cooked in the autoclave.
