Impex Medrano was founded in 1986 as a family business dedicated to the marketing and distribution of canned products. Its objective is to promote the consumption of typical vegetables from our region throughout the national territory and extend this consumption to nearby countries.

In May 2008, Impex Medrano began manufacturing the most recognized vegetable in its city, “The Tudela artichoke,” production protected by the Denomination of Origin. Later, two other select vegetables from Navarra, equally recognized, were added to this bet, such as the Piquillo Pepper from Lodosa and the Asparagus from Navarra, all of them under their La Tudelana brand.

Finally, in 2011 Impex Medrano is committed to the development of high-quality prepared canned dishes and acquires the company Deliconservas in Lekumberri (Navarra). For its part, under the Aimar brand, it produces traditional cooked dishes from the north and canned fish.
