This canned white tuna belly or ventresca is produced in the Cantabrian village of Santoña. It has only olive oil and salted added. Tuna belly is the most appreciate part of the albacore tuna and is located in the gut and breast. It is a delicate flesh, very tender and with a high amount of polyunsaturated fat.
