Txakoli Uydi Late harvest should be enjoyed at a temperature between 6° and 9° C. We can pair this sweet wine with duck or goose foie gras dishes and terrines. Likewise, it is an excellent companion to blue cheeses; such as Picón, Cabrales, Gorgonzola or Roquefort. Likewise, it is outstanding to enjoy with starters and desserts. Unlike other txakolis, we can taste this late harvest in the next 7 or 8 years, as long as we keep it in a dark and cool place, away from sunlight and with the bottle placed horizontally, and it can even grow over the course of its quality in the bottle over the years. This delicious txakoli with the protected designation of origin Getariako Txakolina has been classified by the prestigious wine guide Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, obtaining a score of 88 points in the 2014 edition.
