Aimar Deliconservas is located in the Navarrese town of Lekunberri, located in the Merindad of Pamplona, ​​in the Northern region of Aralar and 34 km from the capital of the community, Pamplona. The Aimar company has been producing all types of canned fish for more than thirty years, and in the nineties they decided to launch a line of prepared dishes called Deliconservas under the Aimar Deliconservas brand that offers snails in sauce, ajoarriero, marmitako, or squid in its ink among others.

Impex Medrano is a well-known company that brings together numerous prestigious canned brands. Impex Medrano was founded in 1986 as a family business dedicated to the marketing and distribution of canned products. Its objective is to promote the consumption of typical vegetables from our region throughout the national territory and extend this consumption to nearby countries.

In May 2008, Impex Medrano began manufacturing the most recognized vegetable in its city, “The Tudela artichoke,” production protected by the Denomination of Origin. Later, two other select vegetables from Navarra, equally recognized, were added to this bet, such as the Piquillo Pepper from Lodosa and the Asparagus from Navarra, all of them under their La Tudelana brand.
