- Sweet smoked paprika from La Vera Finca La Barca is made in the Extremaduran town of Plasencia from smoked sweet paprika, using holm oak, oak and cork oak firewood from the Extremadura region for drying.
- Historically, the cultivation of the pepper used to make paprika has been carried out on the best soils in the region of La Vera, natural regions such as Campo Arañuelo, Valle de Ambroz or Valle del Alagón.
Smoked sweet paprika from La Vera Finca La Barca in a 70 g can. It is ideal for small consumption and easy to use. It is included in the Protected Designation of Origin Pimentón de La Vera.
It is an ideal paprika to taste in meat stews, legumes, potato dishes, Galician-style octopus and other culinary preparations.
