Pork pancetta Diaz is made from selected white pork, common salt, paprika and spices, with no additives or allergens, gluten or lactose. It is a marinated pork pancetta produced in a traditional way in the Zamorano town of Morales del Vino. The pancetta Diaz, has the seal of quality Craftsman Food of Castile and Leon, certificate that guarantees the artisan origin of the food. We are faced with a pork belly that we can taste alone or as accompaniments of spoon dishes, garnish of meat dishes, fish, pasta or baked potatoes. We recommend you prepare a tartiflette along with savoyard reblochon cheese. Sausage artisan to enjoy baked, grilled or fried. The pancetta Diaz, makes an excellent pairing with light lager or pilsner beers, likewise is delicious with young red wines fruity.
