Jabugo iberian ham Tartessos Selection is produced with pure Iberian pork, fed with acorn in the meadows of holm oaks and cork oaks situated in the province of Huelva. They are fattened grazing in the mountains with acorn. Their feed is been complemented with fodder grain to reach an ideal weight before the slaughter. Spanish ham Tartessos Selection is distinguished by its brilliant cut where the fat infiltrates into the lean, it gives to ham an oily special texture. This Jabugo ham has a brilliant herb taste because it is grazing in the pastures.
