This Spanish ham shoulder has been cured at the Castilian town of Guijuelo for a period of 24 months, Martin Sanchez Iberian ham comes from 50% Iberian breed crossed with Duroc 50%. Acorn fed Iberian ham extra category, ideal for the most demanding palates.
