The ham of Jabugo Tartessos Cebo is a ham from Huelva made using 100% pure Iberian pig and / or crossed to 75% in the town of Cumbres Mayores, very close to the municipality of Jabugo. It is therefore a bait ham fed with high quality cereals such as barley, corn, wheat or soy. The Iberian pigs used to make this ham from Jabugo freely roam on pasture on pastures of their property, which allows them to generate some bodybuilding resulting in pieces with an ideal fat infiltration. The ham of Jabugo Tartessos Cebo has a minimum cure of 20 months, usually being from 24 to 36 months. The winery period is made in dryers located in Cumbres Mayores for a period that oscillates between 18 and 24 months. With a fine and stylized paw, this Huelva ham has an intense red cut with darker shades and a perfect veto. We recommend this bait ham to prepare a tumaca bread and place a thin slice of this spectacular ham on top.
