The production of this Navarra oil is carried out in cold during the months of October and November, giving rise to low yields but of high quality and intensity. The extra virgin olive oil Alfar is an Arbequina oil that has a yellowish green color with a dense body and a clean aroma reminiscent of green and fresh fruits. Its flavor is slightly spicy with almond notes resulting sweet and fluid at the end.
