- Ewe’s cheese with boletus Campollano is made in the La Mancha town of Poblete from raw milk from Manchega ewe crossed with Lacaune and boletus edulis from Castilla y León.
- It is a ewe’s cheese with a maturation of 6 months where pieces of boletus edulis are introduced together with extra virgin olive oil flavored with boletus.
Quesos Campollano makes its artisanal cheeses from raw ewe’s milk. It is a cheese factory specialized in the production of cheese specialties, its sheep cheeses with boletus or its incomparable sheep cheese with black truffle are famous and recognized.
The raw material is the main element of all its products in a continuous search for perfection, taking care of the breed of cattle, infrastructure, food, hygiene, etc. all this and much more to obtain a raw material that will give us a top quality product.
