Duck confit Lafitte is artisan made with the best duck legs, duck fat and salt, using neither additives nor preservatives. Duck confit a l’ancienne is handmade with ducks with minimum of 110 days of live and fed with grain non-GM maize. For its tasty, heat the confit duck legs for 20 minutes in the oven at 180ºC and finish up with the gratin of its skin for 3 minutes. It is possible to accompany with some fig jam or berry jam.
