Confited peppers La Catedral de Navarra are one of the last novelties of La Catedral de Navarra within its section meals ready to eat. They are red peppers made in Mendavia following the Navarre traditional recipe: slow roasted peppers in the oven and confited in low temperature with olive oil and without any kind of added sugars. Confited Piquillo peppers in their own juice, olive oil and a little bit of salt, ready to eat once you open the can. We recommend to try with meats or fish as a garnish.
