The blueberry jam La Artesana has not sugar and fructose added. It is elaborated by replacing sugar with concentrated grape juice, fruit pectin and blueberry. As a result we have a healthy jam with a fruity flavour, although is not an optimum jam for diabetic or people who want to eliminate sugar from diets. Handmade blueberry jam produced in the Cantabrian village of Ramales de La Vicoria.
