Bloc of foie gras with pieces Lafitte 65 g is made with duck foie gras, pieces of entire foie (30%), water, salt, sugar, black pepper and other spices, without using preservatives or additives. Lafitte foie gras preserves are produced in a traditional way in Montaut French town (Las Landas) and under certificate of origin Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest. Aromatized white wines of Gewürztaminer and a pinot grey grape variety accompanies perfectly this bloc of foie gras.
