The asparagus of Navarre 8 fruits are very thick Navarra asparagus made in the town of Mendavia by La Catedral de Navarra. Asparagus La Catedral de Navarra are easy to differentiate due to the quality that makes them unique. Collected during the months of April to June, it should be noted its process of artisanal elaboration in which the scalding is done before being peeled helping in this way to preserve all the flavor and aroma of the authentic asparagus of Navarra.
With the Asparagus of Navarra designation of origin, they have a soft and fiber-free texture, a great creaminess, a soft tip that melts in the mouth and a very characteristic ivory white color. We recommend this very thick asparagus to taste accompanied by a soft mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce or simply to take them alone.
