Spanish cured sausage Tartessos is handmade with 80% Iberian pork loin, 20% Iberian pork fat, salt, ground black pepper, oregano and garlic. The cured sausage is produced with Iberian pork meat fed in the meadows of Huelva and Badajoz with acorn, herbs and invertebrates. The Spanish cured sausage is stuffed in a pork gut and matured for a period of 45 and 60 days in Cumbres Mayores, a village in Huelva.
