The Bierzo wine-growing region is located in the tectonic basin of the Bierzo part of the Sil River valley, a location that provides an exceptional terroir. The production process for Godello Sestercio begins with a hand-harvest, selecting only the finest grapes to ensure the highest quality. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving the delicate aromas and flavors characteristic of the Godello variety. The wine then undergoes a brief aging period on its lees, which adds complexity and a creamy texture without sacrificing freshness.

Visually, Godello Sestercio presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, denoting its freshness and youth. On the nose, it offers an intense aromatic range with notes of white fruits such as apple and pear, along with citrus touches and subtle mineral nuances.
